Audrey and Louis

Every horse girl deserves portraits with her favorite equine companion—bonus points if her significant other joins in! There’s nothing quite like a summer evening in Michigan, with golden light cascading through the trees, the soft hum of insects…horses. As a fellow equestrian, I love capturing these moments, so I was thrilled to photograph Audrey with her horse, Louis (and her BF, Bradley). Shooting with natural light, animals, and unfamiliar locations always challenges my adaptability and skills as a photographer, but this session came together beautifully. Truly a passion project!
